How do I fix distribution errors on bad artist profiles?
If your track (or album) has been distributed on bad artist profiles on platforms, you must contact us by email (info@trustmusic.net) to rectify these problems.
You will have to send us all the links of the track (or album) on all the platforms to rectify errors:
Example :
SPOTIFY
* track or album link
* link of your correct artist profile OR indicates if you need to create a new profile
Send us these information for all platforms in one email. (info@trustmusic.net
Note that we don't have an automated way to fix these issues and we are not responsible for the artist name you used that caused these delivery errors. So please be very careful about the artist name you use otherwise it will cause these problems.
Note that for Spotify, in case you need the track (or album) to be moved to a new artist profile (create new profile), you will need to contact them directly.
